Data deletion

You can request deletion of personal data Hopsoo holds about you — including data linked to Facebook, Instagram, or Google sign-in. We aim to complete requests within 30 days. We may retain minimal records where required for tax, accounting, or legal obligations (for example, order history).

Email us. Send a request to support@hopsoo.com from the email on your Hopsoo account (or the email you used with Facebook/Google). Include your shop subdomain if you are a seller.

Facebook / Instagram. You can also revoke Hopsoo under Facebook or Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta will notify us, and we will purge linked Meta sign-in data within 30 days.

Google.Remove Hopsoo access in your Google Account under Third-party apps & services. Contact us if you also want your Hopsoo account and related data deleted.

Sellers remain responsible for buyer data they hold for fulfillment. For orders placed with a shop, contact that seller directly; see our privacy policy.
