Hopsoo processes account, shop, and order data to run storefronts and UPI checkout. We also process contact-form leads, marketing chat messages, and seller feedback you submit so we can reply and improve the product. Sellers control their catalog and buyer fulfillment. We do not sell your personal data.

We collect account identifiers (email, phone for contact), shop settings, product catalog data, and order records needed to operate the service. Email OTP and OAuth partners process verification and sign-in on our behalf. When you use the Hopsoo contact form or marketing chat on www.hopsoo.com, we store your name, contact details, message, and chat context to respond about Hopsoo and may email support@hopsoo.com. Seller dashboard Feedback submissions (requirements or operational issues) are stored with your shop identity and emailed to support. Storefront AI chat uses shop and product data to answer buyers; marketing AI uses Hopsoo product knowledge only (not other sellers’ private data). Sellers are independent controllers of their buyer relationships for fulfillment.

Seller feedback

Requirements and operational issues you submit from the seller dashboard are stored with your shop identity and emailed to support@hopsoo.com so we can follow up.

Storefront AI

Buyer chat on a shop uses that seller’s catalog and shop settings to answer questions. Marketing AI on www uses Hopsoo product knowledge only — not other sellers’ private data.
